Bridging Cultures Through Authentic Caribbean flavor

Islandroots Trade & Logistics Inc. was founded with one mission: to connect the Caribbean Diaspora, especially those of Jamaican heritage living in Canada, with the authentic taste of home. As Jamaican-Canadians grow their families and build lives in North America, we ensure they remain rooted in their culture through providing fresh produce and consumer packaged goods from Jamaica.

Our Story

Born in the breadbasket parish of Jamaica, where farming sustains generations of families, our founder carries a deep connection to the land and culture. In 2025, that passion blossomed into a multinational business, Islandroots Trade & Logistics Inc., with its headquarters in Toronto, Canada. The name "Islandroots" was inspired by the desire to give Canadians of Jamaican Descent a way to reconnect with their heritage. For us, this isn't just business, it's personal. It's about preserving identity through food and sharing that connection across borders.
